The pizzas are excellent the best we have tried in the mountains. Generous quality toppings, reasonably priced and the delivery was extremely efficient. If we lived locally would buy every week Well done!

We ordered takeaway and it was given to us quick and hot. The food is nothing out of this world, but it is great for the area. Some unique pizza options and good pasta options. Not to expensive which is a plus. Overall very solid experience

Don't judge a book by its cover. The Pizzeria doesn't look like much passing by, but the food speaks for itself. Our dinner reservations at the resort we were staying at got cancelled, so we decided to give La Famiglia a try. Staff were friendly, and were happy to accommodate slight changes. There's not much room for dine-in and the smell of incense (for those with sensitive noses), so we opted for takeaway, and got three mains and a dessert. The meals were delicious, and was enough to feed a family of 4 (our kids ate adult sized portions). Our 3 and 10 yr old enjoyed the meals too. Definitely recommend.

Probably the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to in this area. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. They made you feel welcome when you walked in. The pastas were so good and the food speaks for itself. I have been there multiple times and I’m never disappointed with their quality. Would recommend!

Food was hot and delicious! We had a yummy cheesy garlic ciabatta and a pizza each for myself and my partner. They were quite filling and came out fast. Greeted with friendly staff! I think the tables/chairs could possibly be improved, maybe a little nicer or adding a bit of interior design to make it feel italian but overall a great place! Would definitely recommend for a family dinner and affordable as well.

Ordered 2 pizzas via delivery. Exceptional. Pizzas were full on flavour, well cooked, generous on toppings and still freshly warm. Delivery was very efficient. Arrived 30 minutes before the estimated time. Driver was very courteous and prompt. Tried another restaurant in Katoomba a few nights before which was nice if a little underwhelming. Very glad to have tried this place.

Absolutely the Best Pizza in Town! If you're a true pizza lover, this place is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked dough, rich tomato sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. Every slice is a masterpiece — crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with generous toppings. The staff are incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do, which adds a warm, welcoming vibe to the whole experience. Whether you're into Vege Supreme, Chicken Cerlo or Peri Chicken, or a fully loaded custom creation, they nail it every time. I’ve tried pizza at many shops in NZ, but nothing compares to this shop’s perfect balance of flavor, quality ingredients, and unbeatable value. Highly recommend it — five stars all the way!

The service was outstanding, with the staff making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and genuinely inviting. A special mention to Brenda, the owner. she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel personal. You can really tell she cares about her customers and her business. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great pizza, great people, and a great vibe.
